1. Reservations & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.
• Rates are quoted in local currency and may be subject to taxes and service charges.
• Special offers or promotional rates may have additional terms.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type and will be stated at the time of reservation.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or as per booking terms.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. The hotel will not be liable for loss or damage unless kept in a hotel-provided safe.
• Guests must behave respectfully and follow hotel rules to ensure the comfort of all visitors.
• Damage to hotel property will result in charges to the guest’s account.

5. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas.
• Alcohol is prohibited completely within the hotel premises..

• Pets are not allowed inside the property..
